Lewis Dérogène (b. 1997), aka PhenomenaLewis, is

2-times award winning photographer and an artist based in CT and works as the Head of Exhibitions at MoCA\CT. She has an MA in Fashion Art Direction from AAU and a BFA from SVA. She is featured in several publications, including Giorgio Bonomi’s photo book “Il Corpo Solitario IV.” Her art explores themes of identity, power of storytelling, and beauty in imperfection—empowering Black women to overcome harmful tropes set by society.
